1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jdbl platform and all its services. In this document, jdbl refers to this website and all associated digital services. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.

By accessing the jdbl website or mobile platform, registering an account, or using any service, you unconditionally agree to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this platform.

1.1 — Key Definitions

• "Platform" — jdbl's website, mobile version, and any digital channel.
• "Account" — The registered profile created by a user on the platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

The jdbl platform is only for individuals aged 21 or above. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. jdbl may request documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if verification is unsatisfactory.

2.2 — One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is considered a violation of this policy.

2.3 — Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration — name, phone number, payment details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information may result in jdbl suspending or permanently closing the account. Any changes to information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 — Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• Granting third parties access to your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jdbl support immediately.
• The account holder is personally responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

jdbl supports only the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital payment service.

3.2 — Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 — Deposit Authenticity

Users must deposit only from their own mobile banking account. Funds deposited from a third party's account will be returned and the associated jdbl account may be placed under review.

3.4 — Fraudulent Transactions

If any deposit or withdrawal is suspected to be fraudulent, jdbl may immediately suspend the transaction and conduct an investigation. jdbl reserves the right to temporarily hold the account and funds during the investigation.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

4.2 — Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — this applies to the bonus only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 — General Bonus Rules

• Bonus benefits are for eligible jdbl members only and are non-transferable.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless jdbl explicitly allows it.
• jdbl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• jdbl may forfeit a bonus if promotion abuse is suspected.

5 VIP Program

jdbl's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback and various benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tiers are advanced based on a user's activity and contributions. jdbl reserves the right to determine and review VIP tiers at its discretion. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable to third parties.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 — General Gaming Conditions

The outcomes of all games available at jdbl — slots, live casino, table games, fishing games, and sports betting — are determined through automated and impartial technology. jdbl uses software from established game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt — to ensure fair play.

11.2 — Account Closure by jdbl

jdbl may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Providing false or misleading information in account details.
• Account inactivity — no activity for an extended period.
• Allowing minors to use the account.
